Fish You a Happy Birthday Quilled Goldfish and Underwater Floral Decor

It's a new week at Tuesday Alchemy and we'd love for you to join in on our color challenge! Create anything using this color palette! 
This is what I have quilled:
Goldfish=orange; floral decorations=lime + plum. Seashells once again--sorry, I have a lot! lol The sand was cut out of the July/Aug issue of Everyday with Rachael Ray mag. I hope that's legal. :X
